We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay– if you prefer, you can use any major credit card. Once you have clicked the checkout button, click the PayPal link that says “Don’t have a PayPal account?”.


Shipping is FREE, no matter where you may be.

All items are individually made to order and will take between 21 - 28 days to produce and ship. If you need your pieces faster please let us know and we will try to accomodate.

Ebony Fleur will not be held responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures.

At Ebony Fleur we want you to love and wear your pieces for a long time so we recommend you treat them with extra care. For items with plastic components- though the plastics we use are quite durable, treat your items delicately and take care not to drop or bang them against any hard surfaces. Take care not to scratch or rub to avoid color wearing off. Be sure to store pieces with silver and gold chain in a dry place to ensure they stay tarnish free and shiny, happily ever after. Also, use a small paint brush or canned air to keep dust out of the intricate nooks and crannies.


Each piece is individually dyed with love in New York. Any variations in color, texture and form is part of their uniqueness and this should be celebrated!




At Ebony Fleur we want you to be happy!  We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have before you purchase. As every piece is custom made, we are unable to offer refunds.  If for some reason you are unhappy with an item and would like to exchange it, please email us immediately as we are always willing to accommodate. 
We do our best to reflect sizes as accurately as possible in all photographs. Please contact us before purchase if you have any further questions regarding size.
